Pastor Roland J. Wells, Jr. serves as the Senior Pastor of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in downtown Minneapolis. He is the creator of the School of Urban Ministry, the Executive Director of the Urban Cross-Cultural College Consortium and the Executive Producer of the new MissionShift DVD Series for congregations.
